Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place cookie mix, butter and egg in medium bowl. Stir together until dough forms. Transfer to a parchment lined cookie sheet. Push down dough using a rubber scraper (our your hand in a baggie sprayed with non-stick spray, like I used!) into a large circle about 1/4" to 1/2" thick. My uncooked cookie pizza was 11" in diameter.
Bake for 11-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
To make the frosting: Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in milk and vanilla. Add in powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing until smooth in between additions.
Spread frosting on cooled cookie. Arrange fresh fruit on top. Drizzle with hot fudge. Slice into triangles to serve.
Chill any leftovers in a covered container in the fridge.
*I obviously used a cookie mix since I love Krusteaz products and they're so easy to make. You're welcome to use a good chocolate chip cookie recipe. Halve it for this recipe- or just use half the dough for the pizza and make cookies with the remaining dough.
