Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie is an absolutely delightful dessert that is packed with rich flavors. This no-bake cookie pie is extremely easy to make and is equally delicious too!
21regular chocolate chip cookies I used Chips Ahoy cookies
½cupmilk
1 6-ounce graham cracker pie crustpre-made store bought
¼cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
2tbspbutter
hot fudge saucefor topping
mini Chips Ahoy cookiesfor topping
Instructions
Assembly
In a medium size bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter, melt in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Then, pour the chocolate mixture into the pre-made pie crust and smooth out over the entire bottom of the crust.
Next, pour the milk into a separate small bowl and dip whole cookies in the milk quickly. Proceed to arrange the cookies in a single layer on top of the chocolate.
After that, spread about 1/3 of the container of Cool Whip over the top of the cookie layer.
Repeat this process with the cookies, milk and Cool Whip 2 more times for a total of 3 layers. Ending with a layer of Cool Whip on the very top.
If desired, arrange mini chocolate chip cookies around the edge of the pie. If you want to skip this step, you can also crumble 3 more regular sized Chips Ahoy cookies and sprinkle them on top.
Chilling
Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 6 hours prior to serving.
When you are ready to enjoy, let pie sit on the counter about 10-15 minutes prior to serving.
Before slicing, drizzle the hot fudge sauce over the top and add a cherry for the full affect.
