Instructions
Heat skillet to medium heat, about 275 degrees F.
Mix together the heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and almond extract until soft peaks form, about 4-5 minutes. Set aside.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and flour. Dip slices of bread in milk mixture, then arrange on hot skillet. Flip bread after about 3 minutes and cook for an additional 2 minutes on the other side.
Top with a rounded dollop of sweetened cream and sliced strawberries.
