Mix together softened butter and cocoa. Add honey, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Spread batter evenly into a greased 9-by-13 baking pan. The brownie batter is thick- it looks almost like frosting!
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
While brownies are cooking, mix ingredients for chocolate frosting. Set aside about 1/3 of the frosting.
Once brownies are cooked, remove from oven and spread with marshmallows. Do you best to get them even, but it doesn't have to be perfect- you're going to spread it around a bit afterwards. Return to the oven for about 3 minutes- until marshmallows begin to puff. (You don't want the marshmallows to brown so keep a close eye on them.)
Take brownies out of the oven. Cool for about 10-15 minutes. Then take the 1/3 portion of chocolate frosting and spread dollops around the marshmallows. Swirl gently with a spatula. You just want to spread the marshmallows around a bit and incorporate a bit of the chocolate frosting into the melted marshmallows.
Cool completely- several hours is best. (I left mine overnight.)
After brownies have cooled, spread the remaining frosting on top. Cut into squares and enjoy!
