Easy homemade Cinnamon Popcorn is made with just 5 ingredients & tastes like the best kettle corn you've ever had! Sweet and salty popcorn with fantastic cinnamon flavor perfect for dessert on chilly Fall nights.
Prep: Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Next, pop the popcorn according to the package directions. When popped, sort through the popcorn to remove any duds.
Transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl and set it aside.
Coating: In a small bowl, whisk together egg white, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Drizzle over popcorn and stir gently, doing your best to coat popcorn with cinnamon mixture.
Bake: Pour the coated popcorn on the prepared baking sheet and place in the preheated oven to bake for 20 minutes. Let the popcorn cool for just a few minutes, then serve and enjoy!
