Marshmallow Brownies

– 1 cup sugar – 1/2 cup butter, softened – 2 eggs – 1 tsp vanilla – 1/3 cup cocoa powder – 1/4 tsp salt – 3 TBSP milk – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips – 10 oz bag mini marshmallows

– Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside. – Whisk together sugar and butter.

– Add eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, and milk and whisk until smooth.

– Stir in flour, salt, and mini chocolate chips, stirring until flour is well incorporated.

– Bake for 30 minutes, until brownies are set. Remove from oven.

- Once brownies are cooked, remove from oven and spread with marshmallows. - Return to the oven for about 3 minutes- until marshmallows begin to puff. (You don't want the marshmallows to brown so keep a close eye on them.)

– Pour frosting over warm brownies. Swirl gently with a spatula. You just want to spread the marshmallows around a bit and incorporate a bit of the chocolate frosting into the melted marshmallows. Let cool to set.
