I made this cake for a craft club pot luck. I live at 6000 feet. I did not change the recipe as directed and it was amazing! Definitely!

In reply to Lupe. You can just replace it with 5 TBSP additional flour. No worries! It just helps give the cake a more delicate, tender texture.

For me, the cake was a bit dry. I was surprised too because of the amount of butter. I probably won’t make it again.
