I’ve made these cookies for years and the always tasted yummy and today they tasted blah, I cant for 6he life of me figure it out. I doubled the recipe. All I can say is my great grandkids won’t know the difference

I am so disappointed in these. I measured carefully and the cookies spread into each other. They taste good, just too thin. I’ll keep looking for another recipe.

Great recipe, I made exactly like printed. Only “complaint” is the crackling on the cookie top. However it will not stop me from making them again and again, and eating them again and again! Thanks for sharing this recipe. It made my recipe box!
