In reply to Diana Rush. I had the same problem as Nellie. I used a glass pan, my bakind powder is fresh. I’m at 1,300 feet, so elevation shouldn’t make a difference. I bake bread all the time without making any adjustments. This was disappointing. It even stuck to the pan when I took it out. I won’t make it again. Others seem to really like it. No explanation for why mine didn’t turn out better.

I haven’t made this recipe yet, but I’m thinking about adding cranberries next year at holiday time. What do you think?
