In reply to Cleo. Since the Nutella is swirled in, it sets up pretty well. If you prefer a gooey center, you could add a scoop of Nutella in the middle of the batter and don't swirl - that sounds delicious too!

Hey, does adding the nutella into the middle of the muffins make it go gooey when you bite into it, like a filling? Or does it set? 🙂

Do you have to use whole wheat flour? Can I just use all purpose ?
