I baked at 365 for about 12 minutes but still found that they got too dry and crunchy. Are they meant to be a soft cookie?

In reply to Jess. Did you add the 2 sticks of butter? If anything I have issues with these cookies flattening too much. I think you may have added too much flour or left out the butter.

Can you tell me what type of milk powder you used? Is it the same as non fat dry milk powder? Or do you use malted milk powder? Thank you in advance!

Really good cookies — tad sweet, but I think most Milk Bar recipes are on the sweeter side.
