In reply to jessie keng. Yep, if your loaf reaches 200 degrees F, it's fully cooked inside! Were you testing the middle of the loaf, not hitting the side of the pan?

I made this cake.it only took 35 mins to bake.instead of 60 mins. I tested and the inside of cake was over 200f. Is that right?
