I gave it 4 stars because I Add a tablespoon or more of ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. From a cookbook I have, ‘easy stroganoff’. I add cooked mushrooms as well.

Even .my picky grandkids liked this. So did the adults by the way. Very easy to make. I personally enjoyed it much more than what my mom used to make using ground beef.

Chose to try a new simpler dish than min. It certainly was an easier meal, but not truly like stroganoff . I added sautéed fresh mushrooms. I found it a little bland and added some Worcestershire sauce which helped some.

I have been looking for this recipe for ages. I made it a lot when we were first married (49 years) and we loved it. Somehow it was lost many years ago. Thank you so much for providing it.
