In reply to Tanya. I always bake chicken at 350° and the time just depends on the thickness of the chicken breasts. I always use a meat thermometer to make sure the chicken is at 165°.

you mention about baking the chicken in the oven, what temperature is the oven supposed to be set on? 350? 375? 400? all these temps work for baking chicken, but you say about 20-30 minutes.. so presume the best temp would be 375 or 400? for a 20-30 minute cook prep?

I have a question: The recipe says 10 frozen corn or canned. You did not mention if you drain the canned corn. I have made this recipe twice and have drained the corn. I think the liquid would make it to soupy. Your thoughts.
