Very easy and very delicious! I did make the mistake and added 2 tbsp brown sugar!!! I ended up having to add a 16 oz can diced tomatoes and all juice to add acidity. I also had to make a roux to thicken it up, BUT even with my oopsie, it was delicious!! We will definitely make it again….and correctly the next time! Thanks for sharing!

The best tomato soup! I loved to eat this with homemade grilled cheese sandwiches. The best meal ever!!
