It didn’t work for me at all. It curdled almost instantly. No matter how long, or lol/high heat. 😔 I can make alfredo all day, but not cheese sauce.

YUM! just made this and it’s great. Instead of the taco seasoning, I added Ro-Tel (I didn’t have taco seasoning and wanted cheese dip NOW!) I will make with the taco seasoning for super bowl get together next weekend. thanks so much for sharing the recipe 🙂

I gave this a 4 bc I ended up having to add a lot more milk due to stringy, thick sauce. But after I thinned it out, it was great!
