Forget the fancy hole cutter--  I use a 2 Liter bottlecap that I keep in the drawer.  Put some Cinnamon &#038; granulated sugar in a baggy , put a  few donuts in &#038; shake lightly.  Or can put powdered sugar in another baggy.]]></description>
