I stumbled upon your site this afternoon. Too much takeout recently and needed something that would be warm and ready after returning from my son's lacrosse. Boy this was perfect!! Made this for dinner last night and it was a keeper! My picky kids even ate the mushrooms. I forgot in time to do crockpot and cooked it in the oven. Yummy!
