This is a very tart cobbler, so make sure your guests know this. The ice cream does help tone it down a bit; but, it definitely leaves you puckered. I loved it, but others did not. The crumble topping needs a little bit more moisture in my kitchen, so I did drizzle the topping with another TBS of melted butter midway thru baking. I enjoyed this dessert with a heavy splash of Grand Marnier, vanilla ice cream and whipped topping. YUM!
