Loved this bread. It did sink a bit but it was cooked through so it wasn’t an issue. I just made it again and added some jam in the middle.

I’m sure it’s good, but mine fell apart into a huge crumbly mess. I followed the recipe to a T. When I tried to tip it out of the bread pan, it just fell apart everywhere. Cannot cut slices or anything. What a disappointment.

In reply to Nellie. Coat the chocolate chips in a flour bath. Use a cereal bowl. Add them in once coated. This prevents sinking chips.
