Yes, I made it like the recipe said except I only baked it for 45-50 once after I put the cake mix and butter on top. In the directions you said after you put the apples and cinnamon bake for 45-50 minutes. Then you said put the cake mix over that and the butter on top and bake another 45-50 minutes. In the directions above you said the total baking time was 45-55 minutes, which I hadn’t seen. When I made another one yesterday, I baked it for the 40-50 after the apples, and another 40-50 minutes after I put the mix and butter. I wondered why bake it for 45-50 minutes twice. The first time I made it and only baked it once it was delicious. I made the second one for Friday so now I’m wondering what it will taste like, will it be overbaked and dry. I hope not because I made it for a party. Which are the correct directions.

Just made this with Jiffy corn bread mix instead of cake mix and it was delicious! So easy.
