How long is leftover cranberry salsa good for?
You can keep the leftover cranberry salsa stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days. The texture may change a bit over time, the apples and pears will loose their crispness, but overall the salsa will still taste great.
Can I freeze cranberry salsa?
Yes, you can freeze this salsa in an airtight container for up to 2 or 3 months and thaw again before using it. Note that there may be some liquid that needs to be drained before mixing the salsa up and using it.
Can Cranberry Salsa be made in advance?
Cranberry salsa can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Making the salsa a day in advance also allows the cranberry, cinnamon & nutmeg flavors to meld even more and I think the flavor is better after the first day!
