You’re going to love this spinach and feta recipe. It’s so incredibly simple that it’s perfect for tossing together when you don’t have the energy to do heavy cooking. The dish feels so light and fresh that you don’t have to feel bloated or too stuffed to move (don’t you hate that feeling on hot days?)
How to Make Spinach and Feta Pasta
Making this pasta recipe is as simple as cooking noodles and adding in additional ingredients if you can do that then there’s no reason why you couldn’t make this simple spinach pasta.
If you don’t have room for feta cheese in the budget (it is pretty costly) or you simply don’t like feta, you can always switch it out for parmesan cheese. Parm would taste great in this recipe!
Do You Eat Spinach Feta Pasta Hot or Cold?
Honestly, I always eat it warm, but this pasta could be great as a cold salad too. Try it both ways and see how you prefer!
How Do I Wash and Prepare Fresh Spinach?
Take your bundle of spinach and place it in a colander, place that into a large tub or sink full of water so that the spinach is fully submerged. Gently toss the spinach around to shake off any loose dirt or debris. Let them soak for a few minutes and then pull the colander full of spinach out of the water. Gently pat dry and then chop off the long stems. Tear the leaves by hand and use them as directed.

How Do I Reheat Leftovers?
I like to reheat my pasta in a pan on the stovetop with a splash of olive oil to help keep the pasta from getting dried out or sticking together.
Can I Freeze Spinach Feta Pasta?
Technically all of the ingredients are freezer-friendly, but I don’t see why you would want to try and freeze this dish as it won’t taste nearly as good as it does fresh. That being said if you freeze it do so for no longer than a few weeks to preserve the quality of your spinach.
